Go Red for Women is crucial in driving local support to fund life-saving research and to educate women. Though we have made great strides in the advancement of women's cardiovascular health, we still have far to go. We need your help now so that our mothers, sisters and daughters have a chance to fight this silent killer. By sharing a commitment to speak up, spread the word and support the research, you can help save lives.
I have been given a wonderful
opportunity to participate in the BetterU 2022 Heart
Healthy Challenge. Whatever ailments I’ve had in the past, heart
issues have not
been one of them and I intend to keep it that way.
picture attached is four people, whom I love and miss with all my
who were directly affected by heart
disease – my Grandparents, Hilda & Joseph Klarl (heart
attacks in 1982 and 1985 respectively), my father, Dan Schatzle
2011), and my mother, Mary Ann Schatzle (open heart
surgery at Boston
Children’s Hospital (1950?))
By supporting this campaign, you'll be helping to empower women to
take control of their well-being. Good heart health is a journey, not a
destination, and Go Red for Women wants to walk hand-in-hand with women
through every age and every stage as a trusted health partner.
This year for my 57th birthday, will you help me reach my goal of $500.00?
